Vector image is a pixelated image

this picture is sold as a vector image.

Actually the most important part of it, the mesh, is a picture with low resolution.

Who can help?

As you mentioned about the low resolution of the image, I tried licensing the image and found the image to be corrupt.

I have added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.
