Vector image unavailable for download.

This stock image (file: 1169798194)  is missing the vector image. I discovered it from my query for vector icons. It says it has an editable stroke and I thought I indicated that I wanted to download an EPS file. That makes me think the asset was configured as a EPS or JPEG download, but the EPS is no longer available.

Apparently many of this user's icon assets are JPEG only. I found one other that listed a SVG file, but that's the exception. I have yet to see any similarly-styled icon sets available as JPEG only. It's so strange.
