Verwendung von Adobe Stock Fotos mit eingeschränkter Lizenz

Hallo,

ich verwende Adobe Express im Premium Abo auch für kommerzielle Zwecke.

Für einen Onlineshop möchte ich Produktbilder mit Adobe Stock Fotos erstellen, die die eingeschränkte Lizenz haben (Kronensymbol)

Diese Fotos darf ich laut Lizenzbedingungen nicht als eigenständige Datei außerhalb von Adobe Express nutzen. Nur wenn ich die Fotos in einem eigenen Projekt verwende, darf ich dieses herunterladen und (auch kommerziell) verwenden. Ist das soweit richtig?

Die eigentliche Frage ist nun:

Darf ich Projekte veröffentlichen, in denen Fotos mit eingeschränkter Lizenz eingefügt sind, bei denen das besagte Bild lediglich im Format bzw. Zoomfaktor verändert wird? Sonst ist dem Projekt nichts hinzugefügt. (keine Beschriftung, Symbole, etc...)

Oder gilt das dann nicht als eigenständiges Adobe Express Projekt?

Als Beispiel: Ich möchte für eine Gemüsesorte im Onlineshop ein Bild generieren, starte ein neues Projekt (Quadratisch, 800 x 800 px) und füge dann ein Adobe Stockfoto mit eingeschränkter Lizenz in dies Projekt ein. Das Stockfoto wird lediglich auf das Format des Projektes gezoomt.

Darf dieses Projekt nun veröffentlicht werden?

 

Bitte entschuldigt die komplizierte Fragestellung, aber die allgemeinen Lizenzbedingungen geben da nicht viel sicher Info her…

    This page states the following:

    https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms

    With the Limited License – Adobe Express, you may not:

    • Download, export, or share the asset as a stand-alone file.
    • Use the asset as a stand-alone file outside of the Adobe Express app.

    Assets cannot be used as independent files.

    Thank you, I already read these terms. 
    I’m still not quite sure, if I.e. changing the zoom or side ratio is considered an own project on adobe express. 
    I don’t want to download the picture as a standalone file.

    There's no problem if you use the asset together with text and other designs.
    It's not OK to treat the image as a standalone image that has simply been cropped.
    This is what we can read from this sentence.

    What do you mean by a “restricted license” ? Perhaps there’s a translation issue here…

      That must be a translation issue. I think the right term should be ‘limited’ license. It’s the one for pictures with the crown symbol.

      I don’t see the crown symbol. The license restrictions are shown on this page:
      License information and Terms of Use | Adobe Stock
      If you are licensing an image for incorporation into a product that you will sell, you need an extended license. 

      Extended licenses

      With an Extended license, you may:

      • Use the asset with all the rights granted in the Standard license.
      • Reproduce the asset beyond the 500,000 copy/viewer restriction.
      • Create merchandise or products for resale or distribution where the main value of the product is associated with the asset itself, such as a coffee mug or t-shirt.

      With an Extended license, you may not:

      • Distribute the stand-alone file.
