I create videos for submission to stock photo/video marketplaces. Maintaining video quality and avoiding unnecessarily large file sizes are both important in this case.

Please advise, what bitrate range does Adobe recommend as the most suitable for exporting 4K (2160p), 30fps stock video in H.264 format?
