Video error

Hi. I have a plan with credits and downloaded a number of videos (all in .mov format). All play except video 206135476. I am trying to view it on a Windows 10 computer. I get an error message saying "unsupported file type" and "missing codec", yet all the other .mov videos I downloaded on the same day play without error. Any suggestions? Could the specific video be corrupted? Thanks for any help. Craig

Sorry for you inconvenience, I have noticed the error on full downloaded video, I have credited back one video (HD) license on your account.  We will follow up on further analysis on content.

    Best regards,

Missing codec is not per se an indication of a corrupted file. I use MediaInfo for getting info on video and sound files when having problems.

Also VLC (https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html ) can be used to test if the video plays. Most of the videos play with VLC, even if the OS does not support the codec.

Windows 10 is particularly picky with some codecs.
