Why has a watermark been added to photoshop after I had already purchased the product without this feature

I don't understand your question "why has a watermark been added to photoshop?" What does photoshop watermarks have to do with an Adobe Stock purchase?

I have been using adobe photoshop on my iPhone for 3 years now in which I use to order my prints and canvases. Now every image I edit and watermark in the form of a code in the bottom right corner. The only way I am able to get rid of this is to go premium which I am not willing to do as when I purchased the product this was not a feature. Why is this a new thing and am I entitled to a refund as I would never have purchased it if this was part of the package.

What does this have to do with the Adobe Stock subscription, which is the purpose of this particular forum?
