Did this happen recently? Could you provide some additional details, like the file ID and does it happen with all files?

I suppose that it is the validity check for your credit card that plays here in. You need to provide a valid credit card to take the free trial, because it will convert automatically to a paid subscription after the trial expires, except if cancelled before that happens.

 

If your payement method is valid, I suggest, you check with Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
