Can somebody please help me, I keep on getting a "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." error. I tried searching for a solution within the community, but can't find the right solution. And if I want to upgrade to a different plan, I get an "Error" page.

Hi @Lizette le Roux - Looks like for some reason the order AE02811000188CZA you placed was not successful and you have not been charged for the order. The status still shows as payment pending . That may be the reason why you seeing this error. I can also see that there was an email sent to you on this with details but for some reason it was bounced back.

I would suggest calling customer care and canceling this one if not already canceled and  purchasing a fresh plan.
