Hi,

I have bought 5 licenses of CC Pro Plus. Main purpose use to download stock. Before working fine till 2 weeks ago i got the messages like attach sreenshot.

I tried to contact agent but problems not solved.

 

I paid for 5 licenses with unlimited images but still cant downloads 200 files daily?

I dont think so.

 

Please take alook. Agents still cant help with general messages.

I dont think click to button and download faster than normal and get blocked?

Did you contact Adobe customer support via the admin console?

 

Does the error situation resets on a dayly basis? (You mention to download 200 files daily, which I consider a high volume. An yes, I know, the documentation says no quota.)

Yes. But about 30 files and i get that messages above. 
If like you, u will paid 5 license $500 monthly for daily 30 files?
I already contacted many times, they just lets me wait. I want to cancel subscription. They still said pls wait...Boring.

But that's not the issue. Adobe says "no quota".
