For the last 6 months I've been having issues loading the adobe stock website to download photos. Not only myself, but my colleagues cannot access this as well. Can someone help me fix this irritating problem? It's something I need access to weekly.

My experience with troubles like this is that the local IT has tweaked some parameters. If the programs are waiting for websites that don't answer, time-outs will occur. The user will see this as a slowdown of the service they are using.

Please check with your IT that all these sites are cleared in the firewall/proxy: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

You can also sometimes check for troubles like this, by connecting to an unfiltered network. We have a standard direct line for this, circumventing all settings that the IT makes to secure our network. This may be used on a special computer with help from our IT department. This is of great use to detect internal misconfigurations. A similar situation is this setting: if you have a laptop, connect this to your phone (different network) to check if it works better.

    Hi @Sarah22756193vno4,

Is this an intermittent issue? Have you asked your IT department to investigate?
