What happened to my licensed photos/videos?

I was under an individual plan last year and this year my company purchased a team subscription to Adobe CC.  My Stock purchases were still going to my individual account for a while. Now it looks like all my purchases got sucked into my company's Stock plan.  So I can't find most of the images I purchased as an individual and can no longer download them.  I looked today to download a previously purchased video and it says "license again and download."  I already paid for it and have an invoice.  How can I regain access to the images and videos I purchased under my individual plan?  i have invoices for them all.

    I have checked your account and noticed that the video you had downloaded ( 104916616)

    which you should be able to access. In case you are referring to any other video, please let me know the File ID so that I can help you further with the issue.
