When do I have to cancel my annual subscription, paid monthly, in order to avoid a cancellation fee?
It is 11th of October and my next subscription payment is on the 12th of October (a year after I made the first) which it will automatically renew for a year. When I try to cancel today (11th) it still asks for an early cancelation fee of 18€. How can I avoid this fee then, is there no way??

Solved it myself..I have paid for 11 months not 12, guess I have to wait one more!

Anyhow, the early termination fee is half of the remaining due. So if you are not using the plan, it's cheaper to cancel early. Please note that by cancelling, you will lose the unused plan credits.

To cancel without a fee, you need to do that during your last month of the subscription. You do not need to wait for the last minute.
