I had 30-40 credits in my account last I checked and now I'm getting in to use them and they are gone. How do I get these back?

that happened to me also. It isn't fair that I lost about 50 credits. I am paying for adobe stock for 2 years now.

I can see by your Adobe ID that you have an 10 asset subscription. The maximum quota you can have is 120 quota. Quota expires one year after you receive it. I see that you have 120 quota and that 10 of that quota will expire on June 2nd. If you require assistance please contact customer care.

    Hi Joseph,

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock subscription on 15 Mar 2016. The subscription has already been cancelled. You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription. For more information, you may also refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock

Also, I noticed that the free standard licenses which were granted to you on 10/19/2016 got expired after the completion of one-year (and that is the reason 33 images got expired on 10/19/2017).

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

    Regards,

    Twarita

I was out of the country during that time. Can I get my credits reinstated so I can use them up? It doesn't seem fair to have credits that expire when they are something I paid for.
