Where is my file ?

I have buy a license with 10 downloads.

But on my library, I only have 5 files.

Can you tell me how to find my others downloads please ?

Hi Philippe,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you have signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month (one-year) plan on 19 July 2018.

It seems that you were allocated 10 images for the month of July, and you have already downloaded 8 out of these 10.

The downloaded images can be viewed in the license history. Please follow the steps as mentioned below:
