I purchased a licence for a video clip, after it failed multiple times it eventually went through. However the clip didnt go into my library, I have the receipt and the payment processed but the clip has no option to download, if I return to it on the stock page it says I still have to buy it. Its not in my library.

How do I access it?

Hi @Mark26759546jwi9 ,

If the asset has been effectively licensed, you will find it into you License History and will be able to downlaod it from there.

To access it on Adobe Stock, you have to click on you avatar icon, then click "License History" link.

You can use the search bar to directly search your asset within your license history.
