Hey!

I want to create a cardgame in html/javascript/php.

The game will be "free to play" and it is non comercial. I dont want to sell it.

The pictures will be used to illustrate the cards.

For sure there will be less than 500.000 players that will play the game, cause i just want to create it to learn a bit better programming and perhaps some people will have fun playing the game.

What kind of license do i need for the pictures? Standard or extended?

Commercial or not does not influence the license type.

I would say standard as the primary value of your game is the game and not the Adobe stock picture. Basically your game is no different from a website and for websites the 500k rule does not apply.
