Why am I having such a hard time with customer service/stock images

I'm going to make this quick and simple.

I'm trying to purchase an extended version of a stock image.  I would like the window to pop-up so that I can make my purchase (standard or extended). 

Instead #2 screenshot keeps popping up. See attachment.

I DO NOT want to subscribe. 

Please HELP. 

Customer Service (Chat) is terrible. They can't help me.
