I recently canceled my AdobeStock subscription, but unfortunately, can no longer download previously purchased images without the website asking me to "Sign-up for a New Subscription." Is this correct, that I can no longer download already purchased images from my account?

Licenced images can be redownloaded without restrictions, as long as they are still part of the database. You need to be signed in with the account, you used to buy the license. If you are signed in with a different account or you are signed out, you can't download those assets.

Even so, from time to time, an asset may be deleted from the database for different reasons. In that case, you won't be able to redownload.
