Why cannot I purchase a video in Adobe Stock due to my region?

Hi,

 

I am from Spain and I got Adobe Suite.

Does anyone know why I cannot purchase any video in Adobe Stock? The message I received says:

 

"Is not possible for you to buy a video online. Please contact your closest Adobe distributor"

Does anyone know the reason? or How to solve it?

Hi Kainbey,

I reviewed your account using the Adobe ID you are using in the forums and the country associated with your Adobe ID is Turkey, not Spain. Turkey is a restricted country.
