Hi, I just receive an order says Adobe Stock – On demand‎ with $249.99. Can you tell me what fee is it?

You probably are licensing or gave licensed a 'Premium' image not included in the subscription. Advantages of a 'Premium' image is that you won't find them every on the internet or else where. So in other words it would be less likely to have someone else with the same image.

Thank you for help, I think I licensed an advanced image (#88371375) accidentally, so how can I un-license this image?

Un-licensing an image is not really possible as there is no way to tell if you have already downloaded the image. If you are lucky you can try contacting @AdobeCare on Twitter. That is usually your best option for account related issues.
