Why is there so much AI low quality "art" when I clock Exclude AI

We need better AI filters. Content needs to be reportable for AI use. File: 2085566490 for example, what are the things in pink?

Are you talking to an actual agent or the AI Assistant?

Click the chat icon and ask for an AGENT.

Keep it simple & straight to the point:

    1. I downloaded a bad Stock asset, ID #xxxxxx.
    2. The asset is unusable for this reason...
    3. I need a credit refund for the unusable asset.

    Hope that helps.

Hello @rett999, I've sent the details of your report to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset.

For a refund/credit return please reach out to our customer care team below:

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.

Do you have any advice of how to word the message for a refund to credit when we download images that there turns out to be issues with? Every time I have contacted Adobe via the chat function I spend a LONG time trying to get the agent to even understand the issue. I usually say “I’ve have downloaded image ######### from Adobe stock. The image is not up to the quality standards I would expect [brief description of issue] and I would like a refund to my Adobe Stock credits please”

Not ONE agent has managed to understand that. I’ve had them offering to cancel my Adobe CC subscription, offering to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription, telling me you can’t get credits refunded and you have to contact the individual creator, and telling me they will offer me a month for free. I just want the credit back, it should be easy and simple!

If there is an issue with the asset, it will be re-reviewed by Adobe staff.

Prickly pear, long-nosed armadillo, leather whip or riding crop.  Not sure about the rest.

Keep in mind that GenAI labels didn’t exist until after 2023 when Stock added it to the platform.

This might be old content from pre-2023.

How many legs does that armadillo have, and where does the shoulder go?
AI art should be labeled even if before 2023 or be reportable.

Maybe the armadillo is a chimera. 🤷‍♀️

Glyphs are subjective & open to various interpretations, much like shapes & faces in clouds.

If you can’t use some or all of an asset, don’t license that icon set. Stock has many others to choose from.
