I joined Stocks as Mansley Fae, used it for a month, canceled Munsley yesterday. Why? Tell me if it's over 150.

    The charge 197.95 AUD in your account is the early termination fee on August 28th, 2018 since when you subscribe to the Adobe Stock promo offer, Adobe doesn't charge you for the 1st month; the subscription billing actually starts from the second month. If you cancel the service within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded. If you cancel the service after the 14th day after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation.

    Hi Moses,

    I am afraid that I do not understand your question.

    I have checked your account and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 3rd of July, 2018. The payment status of the subscription is in a cancelling state and all the assets which were allocated to your account (in July and August) has already been used.

    Please elaborate on your issue so that we can further assist you.
