Wie kann ich Bilder erkennen die nur zur redaktionellen Nutzung bestimmt sind?

Hallo,

ich nutze Adobe Express für unseren Onlinehshop und möchte als Produktbilder gerne Fotos von Adobe Stock verwenden. Wie kann ich zweifelsfrei erkennen, ob die Bilder “nur für redaktionelle Nutzung” zu verwenden sind?

Kann ich Bilder aus Adobe Express rechtssicher für Werbeanzeigen, Onlineshop, etc verwenden?

Im Moment habe ich ein Premium Abo, was passiert mit den Nutzungsrechten der Bilder, wenn ich dieses kündige?

    You can use non-Editorial images in your Adobe Express designs as long as the original licensed image cannot be extracted as a stand-alone file by the buyer. You retain a perpetual license to any previously licensed assets even after you cancel your Adobe Stock subscription. Read the complete Stock License Agreement for more details.

    Editorial images are clearly marked as such.

    Yes, if you look it up directly on adobe stock. But the information on Adobe Express doesn’t clearly show it. 
    that probably means, you have to look up every single picture that you use in express on Adobe Stock, right?

    Yes, I assume so. They should provide a filter to exclude editorial assets!
