I pay for Adobe Stock monthly but have changed my plan to include the Adobe Stock subscription. I want to cancel the old Adobe Stock but it says I will lose all my remaining Stock balance if I cancel. Is this true or will it automatically transfer to my new plan?
From official Adobe Page:
No. You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
...So I would I try to use the credits, look for images that wont be out of date over time ... abstract images, patterns, anything you think might be useful in the future.
After you cancel a paid subscription and revert to a free account all previously purchased assets will be still be available though
