Will you lose your available image credits if you cancel your monthly subscription?

I have been signed up for a monthly subscription, but have not been using all my available images. If i cancel will I get to still use the image credits? Thanks.

    If I cancel my membership, can I still use any unused licenses in my account?

    No. You can use your available licenses as long as your membership is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your membership.

    This is honestly terrible. In 2020 our business took a huge hit as most of our clients are small business owners that couldnt afford to keep marketing given the pandemic. We have over 80 unused credits and will lose them all even though we've paid for them already. 

     

    This is just sad. I have been a long time customer and never thought about going elsewhere but now I am going to shop out less scammy practices.
