Withdrawal problems

Hello dear customer supportI have such a problem, I created a paypal account, but did not confirm it and on December 10, 2021 I made a withdrawal to it. Paypal support replied that since the account was not verified, they returned the money to the sender, but the money was not returned to my Adobe stok account.Why didn't the money come back?How can I get my money back?
