Wrong Download File for Licensed Image

Hi there,

I licensed image #114800743 but received a different image when the file was downloaded. I had another case opened about this (ADB-2389065-H4R9)

and was reimbursed a credit. But I want to know if there's any way to receive the proper image? The image is still listed and the improper download file still in place. Thank you for your help.
