Wrong video licensed – refund received but video still in license history
Hello,
I accidentally licensed the wrong video (Stock ID: 591989246).
I contacted support via chat, but there was a misunderstanding: I only received a refund of 1 credit, although licensing a video costs more than that. In addition, the video still shows up in my license history even though I do not want to use it.
My questions:
- How can I completely remove the wrong video license from my account?
- Should I contact support again to correct the refund amount for the video, since it cost more than 1 credit?
