Wrong video licensed – refund received but video still in license history

Hello,

I accidentally licensed the wrong video (Stock ID: 591989246).
I contacted support via chat, but there was a misunderstanding: I only received a refund of 1 credit, although licensing a video costs more than that. In addition, the video still shows up in my license history even though I do not want to use it.

 

My questions:

- How can I completely remove the wrong video license from my account?

- Should I contact support again to correct the refund amount for the video, since it cost more than 1 credit?

1. You would be required to delete the asset from your library. It won't be deleted for you.

2. We can't be of assistance here, so yes, contact Adobe again and explain the situation.
