You cannot license this asset

Although I have logged in using my Adobe Id (which I use for my Behance account) I keep on getting this error message "This asset cannot be licensed." when trying to get an image or video. I am currently on the 30 day free trial. 

I am loacted in Singapore.

 

Can anyone help me? Thanks

What asset do you want to license? Singapore is not a restricted country, so all assets should be available to you. Your region needs to be set to the region of your credit card.

    Hi I have attached a screen shot of one of the images I want. 

     

    My region is set as Singapore and my Credit Card it Singaporean too. But i notice that the currency is Malaysian. Could this be the issue?

    I do not know of a currency restriction. I think that is handled at the card service provider level. What is important is that both, your region and your card's region are synchronized.
