I started the free trial unbeknownst to me that I won't be able to cancel it immediately. I don't want to get charged at the end of the month. The trial says "Annual plan, paid monthly". Am I gonna start getting charged $30 for the plan??

Yes, I know that. I followed these, that's why I'm here now. Here's what I see:

It doesn't allow me to cancel, and chat/phone support is inactive. That's why I'm here.
