You removed all my unused credit that I had from dollarsphotoclub ?

    Hello there, I am very frustrated, I had about 50 credits coming from when you bought dollars photo club and I was very happy about it... I was keeping them for a personal project and now that I am about to start, there is NO TRACE whatsoever that I ever had them... I don't understand at all what happened, I would've used it way before if I would've had AT LEAST a final notice before clearing them all from my account?

I hope you will be able to investigate the situation and give them back to me... I was considering maybe getting a membership with you guys but if it is how you treat your customers then I'm afraid I will go with another company...

    Hi Yann,

    Unfortunately, the credits were valid for a year.

    To reactivate the expired credits you would have to purchase any of the Adobe Stock plans here Adobe Stock pricing and membership plan | Adobe Stock

    Ok, so if I reactive a subscription with you guys, I will get them back, even if it's been a long time? You can promise that to me? If so, I will get a subscription with you guys !

    I only have to follow that link and get the month to moth subscription (for example), I will get all my lost credit back ?
