8/17 - Adobe Express Download Issue

Did the Adobe Express download to pdf getting stuck at 90% get resolved from a week ago? I'm trying to download to pdf just now and after five or six failed attempts (inc with a blank doc with just the word test in) I'm now running the HAR report.

The HAR report is never ending - it's been going for over 15 mins. I don't understand what I'm looking at but it appears to be trying to do the same thing over and over. Just wondering what the status is with this please?

Hi @sarah_6198, thanks for posting! I’m consolidating some comments and threads from the past day here.

There was a fresh platform issue over the weekend (Sunday evening Pacific) where a backend service Express relies on for MP4, GIF, and PDF exports went down.

The good news: that issue dropped off late Sunday night, so exports should be working again now.

Before anything else, close and reopen Express and try your PDF download once more - for most people it'll just go through at this point. You can also try clearing cache/cookies or incognito mode to help ‘reset.’

If it's still failing after a reload, let me know here and we can dig in some more, but I just tested my own Express files and was able to download PDF’s successfully, so I’m hoping you’re all back up and running as well!

@Jubilant_friend745c  @Lindy378593488qso  - same answer applies to you both, since you're hitting the same weekend issue. Give it a try now that it's resolved and shout if you're still stuck.

Hi there, I have seen a few threads about this, but I am having issues downloading from Adobe Express where it gets stuck at 90%. Are you able to advise of the latest workarounds/guidance please.

EDIT: It actually completed in the end but took a lot longer than I have previously experienced.

I am unable to download PDFs on any of my files. I get the following error message. I tried multiple web browsers, tried signing out and signing back in, etc.

I am having the same problem. When I try to download a PDF (any/all files), I get an error that says “A network connection error occurred while downloading your file. Please check your internet connection and try again.” I can download as a PNG or JPG but not PDF. I have tried other browsers, same thing happens. Please help.

“An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.”

    • Ive tried every troubleshooting fix I could find and am having no success in downloading adobe express files. The window says download 100% and then throws the error.

    • Ive tried:

    • duplicate file
    • uninstall, reinstall
    • try on another device
    • incognito window
    • made sure devices are up to date
    • lowering resolution on file
    • Checked Device storage
    • checking for hidden layers
    • checking for glitches in the timelines
    • file compatible with device
    • checking downloads just incase it did download

nothing is downloading for any of my adobe express files.

Trying to download a pdf.  The pdf is hanging at 90%.  I have tried 2 seperate MACs on 2 seperate browsers (chrome and safari). I duplicated the pdf. I created a new document with the same content and eventually created a document with just the word test on it.  All attempts to download as a pdf (both print and standard) hang at 90% and hang there.

My project (a document with multiple pages) has been stuck for hours “synching,” so I can’t download a PDF or go back to my home page without losing the file. (I tried that yesterday and I lost a lot of work.)

I’m attaching the HAR file as instructed.
