No it did not help. You customers helped me better then you and the support does.

Evendently, this site is locked at 96DPI. And you should know there's no way to change it on this site.

The ppi has no effect on the quality. Why do you believe it has ruined your pictures, they are the same? The internet is full of myths about ppi from people who know nothing about it.

No, it really doesn't. I would tell you if it did; the information I gave you is exactly what I've used myself to create printed photobooks, printed cards, printed journals. Read again the measurements I gave above:

 

3000 x 2400 pixels at 72dpi = 41.6 inches x 33.3 inches, not a size we could print at home;

3000 x 2400 pixels at 300dpi = 10ins x 8 ins, a decent size to print a photo at home.

 

Both images have the same number of pixels; they are just dispersed differently. In the 72ppi image they are further apart, 72 to the inch, to give a larger image that would be fine when viewed from a distance e.g. a poster or advert, or on a computer screen. In the 300ppi image they are squashed together; now there's 300 pixels to an inch, they take up less room, we get good quality images from our printers. But the number of pixels has not changed. 

 

You told us your photos were uploaded at 300dpi, but you never mentioned the size of your project. So, you have projects created at 6000 x 6000 pixels per inch into which you have put your 300ppi photos? Do you resize the photos at all? Put more than one on a page? What is the project for? And once downloaded what are you doing with them? Where are these huge images being printed?

 

I know that's a lot of questions, but to know why you find the quality of your projects so unusuable I have to try and work out what it is you're trying to achieve.

Can I ask do you have the free or premium version of Adobe Express, or have it as part of a Creative Cloud subscription?

 

What type of project were you creating?

 

In this reply last year the answer given is: the max is 20in by 20in or 6000 x 6000 pixels at 72dpi. The resize option is needed if you want to resize an existing project and like mentioned, it does require a paid/premium membership.

 

You can choose Custom for size and enter the pixel dimensions you require. The number of dpi at download is not as important as the number of pixels in the project. For example:

 

3000 x 2400 pixels at 72dpi = 41.6ins x 33.3ins, not a size we could print at home;

3000 x 2400 pixels at 300dpi = 10ins x 8 ins, a decent size to print a photo at home.

 

Therefore a project downloaded at 72ppi - pixels per inch - can be changed to 300ppi for decent printing IF there is enough pixel information. For displaying on the web there's no requirement to need the higher pixel image, which is why I asked wat typw of project you were creating.

DPI is inportant. 

I am not resizing anying. It is a projust that I create at 6000x6000.

The fonts are OK, But the images are not. Resizing have nothing to do with anything, when I already start with 6000x6000.
