Question

Adobe Express projects not accessible after some time

I created some project some months ago with Adobe Express (websites). Recently I wanted to review these for updates, but nothing could be found in my projects list anymore. Also the hyperlinks I archived seemed not to be active any longer. I have a premium subscription which gave me access to Adobe continuously. So the volatility of these projects is a mystery for me. How can I recover or reactivate the links to these ? Or should Adobe intervene ?

It appears my projects have magically and mysteriously returned! 💃

    Kind regards, Dani

In the all projects I had for sure some, approx. 10 and in the shared projects hardly two or three (or even none).

    Hi @Pieter329832029knk,

Could you please share an example of the project you're referring to? It would help if you could include the project name and the link that’s no longer working for you.

    Regards,

    Tarun

    Hello,

For about a week now, I have been unable to access the "Projects" section in Adobe Express.

    • Symptoms: The Projects section fails to load. However, I can still access individual files if I open them via the "Recent files" section on the dashboard.

    • Devices and OS tested:

      • PC (Windows 11) – tested in up-to-date Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, including Incognito/Private windows.

      • Mobile phone (latest Android version) – via the Adobe Express app.

      • Tablet (Android) – via the Adobe Express app.

    • Troubleshooting already done: I have cleared cache and cookies, restarted the applications, and rebooted all devices. The issue persists everywhere.

Could you please assist me with this or check if there is an issue with my account data synchronization?

    Thank you.

I have the same issue. My project tab is empty. Trying from laptop, iPad app and iPhone app - all the same.

Read the article. I have only the one account and I can see my files in Adobe Express but it is the projects that are completely empty. Nothing!

    Hi @Pieter329832029knk

Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please share a bit more detail so we can narrow this down?

    1. Are you using Adobe Express on web or mobile app?
    2. Approximately how long after creating the project does it become inaccessible?
    3. Are these projects saved under your account, or shared via a link/team?
    4. Have you noticed if this happens with all projects or only specific ones?
    5. Did you check here https://www.adobe.com/files/deleted for the lost files?

This issue can sometimes occur due to a few common scenarios like session timeouts, sync delays. Let’s try a few quick checks:

    1. Refresh the page or restart the app to re-establish the session.
    2. Check your internet connection to ensure your projects are properly syncing.
    3. Sign out and sign back in to your Adobe account.
    4. Try accessing the project from a different browser or device.
    5. Clear browser cache/cookies (if using web).

Let us know if that helps.

    Regards,

    Tarun
