Hi @Rose DV @Tarun Saini

I'm getting the error "You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions." when trying to redeem the 3 free months of LinkedIn Premium from my Adobe benefits page.

  • Adobe Express member since 2026
  • Never had LinkedIn Premium, not even a free trial
  • Adobe benefits page shows the offer as redeemable for me
  • Based in India

Could you please help resolve this?

Active Adobe Express Premium user via Airtel. Tried redeeming the LinkedIn perk, but the link gives a "Not eligible/select regions" error. I have never used LinkedIn Premium before. Please help reset my token manually.

Hi @Rose DV DV and @Tarun Saini,

I am facing the exact same issue trying to claim my 3-month LinkedIn Premium perk from my Adobe Express benefits page. I am being redirected to the LinkedIn page showing the "You are not eligible for this promotion..." error.

    Here are my details:

    • I have an active Adobe Express Premium subscription, which I activated via the 1-year Airtel partnership promotion in the Airtel Thanks app.

    • I am a completely fresh LinkedIn user and have never used a Premium trial or paid subscription on this account before.

    • My account region is set to India.

Since this seems to be happening specifically to accounts activated through the Airtel promotion, could you please look into my account or let me know how I can get a working redemption link?

    Thank you!

Unable to Redeem LinkedIn Premium Perk – "Account Not Eligible" Despite Active Adobe Express Premium Subscription

    Hello Adobe Community Team,

I am an Adobe Express Premium subscriber in India and currently have an active Premium plan through the official Airtel–Adobe partnership offer. My Adobe account shows the subscription as active and in good standing.

I am encountering an issue when attempting to redeem the 3 Months LinkedIn Premium member benefit available through the Adobe Creative Cloud Perks page. When I click the redemption button, I am redirected to LinkedIn, where I receive the message:

"You are not eligible for this promotion."

Before posting here, I completed several troubleshooting steps:

    • Cleared browser cache, cookies, and site data.

    • Tested in Incognito/Private browsing mode.

    • Tried multiple browsers and devices.

    • Verified that my LinkedIn account is set to the India region.

    • Confirmed that I do not currently have an active LinkedIn Premium subscription or trial.

    • Signed out and back into both Adobe and LinkedIn accounts.

Despite these steps, the same eligibility error continues to appear.

Since my Adobe Premium subscription is active and the perk is visible within my account, I would appreciate it if Adobe Support or a Community Manager could verify whether my account is eligible for this benefit and investigate whether there is an issue with the redemption link or token being generated.

If possible, I would also appreciate assistance with obtaining a working redemption link or an alternative redemption method.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your guidance on resolving this issue.

    @Sameerkh8 - Thanks for posting,

Can you confirm for me if you get your access to Adobe Express Premium through your internet provider/Airtel? I am working on finding out more for our Airtel users, so I would like to make sure!

Thank you for your patience as we investigate!
