Airtel user: Unable to redeem LinkedIn Premium benefit — "Not eligible / select regions" error

I'm getting the error "You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions." when trying to redeem the 3 free months of LinkedIn Premium from my Adobe benefits page.

Adobe Express member since 2026
Never had LinkedIn Premium, not even a free trial
Adobe benefits page shows the offer as redeemable for me
Based in India

Could you please help resolve this?

If you've passed Adobe's eligibility checks but are still unable to redeem the offer, please contact LinkedIn support directly here: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/solve

Their support team will be able to look into your specific account and explain what's preventing access to the offer, since that part of the process is on LinkedIn's side rather than Adobe's.

I am also facing the same issue as an Airtel India Adobe Express Premium user.

My details:

Plan: Adobe Express Premium via Airtel India (12 month bundle)

Error: "You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions."

I have NEVER had LinkedIn Premium before, not even a free trial

I am clicking the link directly from MY Adobe benefits page at adobe.com/benefit

Now where to raise this issue and as you have tied up with LinkedIn please look into this as unit

Hey @Vivekchandak - thanks! Typically we would send you to Adobe support, but when the error appears on LinkedIn's page (not Adobe's), that means you've already passed all of Adobe's eligibility checks.

LinkedIn's team has asked us to direct users who hit that specific error to their support chat instead. You can mention that you've passed all Adobe checks and ask their chat support what's stopping your specific account from redeeming, since the reason varies for everyone.

My adobe premium i just claimed and still issue with linkedIn premium and certianly i don’t want to create a new linkedIn account. Please resolve this matter.
