Hi @Rose DV @Tarun Saini

I'm getting the error "You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions." when trying to redeem the 3 free months of LinkedIn Premium from my Adobe benefits page.

  • Adobe Express member since 2026
  • Never had LinkedIn Premium, not even a free trial
  • Adobe benefits page shows the offer as redeemable for me
  • Based in India

Could you please help resolve this?

    Correct answer Rose DV

Update: LinkedIn Premium offer eligibility issues

Thanks to everyone who's reached out about trouble redeeming the LinkedIn Premium offer. We've been in contact with LinkedIn's team to get you a path forward.

If you've passed Adobe's eligibility checks but are still unable to redeem the offer, please contact LinkedIn support directly here: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/solve

Their support team will be able to look into your specific account and explain what's preventing access to the offer, since that part of the process is on LinkedIn's side rather than Adobe's.

If you're still stuck after reaching out to LinkedIn, let us know here and we'll help however we can.

    Hello,

I am facing an issue with the Adobe Express Premium subscription provided through my Airtel (India) mobile plan bundle.

In my Airtel Thanks application, the Adobe Express Premium benefit is listed as fully "Active." However, when I sign into Adobe Express using my Adobe ID, my account is still showing as being on the "Free Tier" with no premium access.

Could an Adobe staff member or Community Manager please help me manually synchronize my account? I am ready to provide my Airtel registered mobile number and Adobe ID via private message.

    Thank you!

Hi @Rose DV @Tarun Saini. I am an active Adobe Express Premium user via the Airtel India partnership. Whenever I try to click the 3 months LinkedIn Premium offer, the site completely glitches and redirects me to the generic Creative Cloud 'All Apps' page instead of the reward screen. Could you please look into my account backend and send me a working manual redemption link/code via DM? Thank you!

    Hi @Rose DV @Tarun Saini @jane-e

I am also facing the same issue as an Airtel India Adobe Express Premium user.

    My details:

    • Plan: Adobe Express Premium via Airtel India (12 month bundle)
    • Error: "You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions."
    • I have NEVER had LinkedIn Premium before, not even a free trial
    • I am clicking the link directly from MY Adobe benefits page at adobe.com/benefits

Could you please manually reset my redemption token or issue a fresh LinkedIn Premium activation link for my account?

    Thank you!

    Hi @Tarun Saini @jane-e @Rose DV,
I have an active Adobe Express Premium subscription through the Airtel India promotion. My account is in good standing and I have never used LinkedIn Premium before. However, the LinkedIn 3-month perk link is throwing a region/eligibility error. Please escalate this to have my redemption token manually reset or to issue a fresh activation link.

    Hi @Rose DV @Tarun Saini
I'm too getting the error "You are not eligible for this promotion.”

I check all the TnC you have mentioned in https://community.adobe.com/announcements-327/faq-adobe-express-x-linkedin-premium-3-free-months-offer-1561646 and I’m supposed to be eligible for the offer.

    • A Creative Cloud Enterprise or Express Free user: I’m a Adobe Express Premium User
    • A previous LinkedIn Premium free trial redeemer (any tier, any time): Never redeemed any Linekdin Premium trial before.
    • A paid LinkedIn Premium subscriber within the last 12 months: Never been a paid subscriber of Linkedin Premium
    • And my linkedin account is much older than 4 weeks

There’s a good chance that the issue is at LinkedIn’s end, and not Adobe’s.

Yes, at this time, all Airtel users using their Adobe Express Premium offer pass Adobe’s eligibility checks - we are working with LinkedIn on their eligibility requirements. It is a conversation we are having and we know the wait is long, but know that we are working on it diligently with them!
