Question

All of my accounts disconnected from Adobe Express scheduler... I had 11

I spent time connecting 11 accounts and have used Adobe to schedule posts… opened the page on a Monday morning and it recognized my account, showed that I’m a premium subscriber, but had disconnected all of my accounts and had no history of the posts I’d scheduled

    Hi @hlmille5!

Oh no - losing 11 connected accounts and your post history all at once on a Monday morning is really stressful! So sorry that happened.

A few questions to help us understand what occurred:

    • Do you know roughly when it disconnected? Was it overnight, or did it happen after a specific action?
    • Are your scheduled posts still visible anywhere, or has the history completely disappeared?
    • Have you tried reconnecting any of the accounts yet? If so, did they reconnect successfully? I would try with 1 or 2 first, schedule something for the next couple of hours, and see if the connection holds.

In the meantime, I'd also recommend reaching out to our Chat Support team at https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html (click the three dots menu) - they have access to account-level details that may help us understand what happened and whether the scheduled post history can be recovered.

    We're on it!
