I am writing to inquire about the commercial use of Adobe Express design assets. I recently came across a tutorial video (https://youtu.be/-L-w-QJqWKA?si=Rjz9S2is_Q1BtRwq&t=371) on Printify's official channel that demonstrates how to create designs using Adobe Express assets for commercial purposes.

However, I have read the Adobe Express terms and conditions, which seem to prohibit commercial use. I believe there is a discrepancy between the tutorial and the terms of service.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a clear explanation regarding the commercial use of Adobe Express design assets. Specifically, I would like to know if it is permissible to use these assets to create designs for products that will be sold on platforms like Printify.

Hey everyone, I’ve been using Adobe Express to create social media posts, flyers, and thumbnails, but I’m struggling to figure out how to monetize my designs.

I tried selling templates on Etsy and Creative Market, but sales are inconsistent. Are there any good platforms or strategies to make money using Adobe Express designs?

I used to to sell image sets I made on my web site, over 130 sets, over 22,000 images all together. Before I even sold the first set (Which made me over $2,000 in three days) I got everything in writing- in particualr from the owners of the software I was using.

In a court of law ignorance of the laws are not an excuse- use due diligence, make records of searches, and users graphics you want to use "Contacted jeb cahoon on Sep 23, 2022 about using his 3 legged duck images" : I used google search, pexels, Canva, etc and reviewed all of the copyright information-- provide a list of links to your sources-- I even went as far as to print it all up, and kept it in a 3 ring binder.

Hi! I was wondering if there is a concrete answer as to whether or not I can legally use an Adobe character that I made using Adobe's "Animate from Audio" feature - the one where you simply upload an audio file and let the software animate the character and match its movement to the audio. I want to create an educational YouTube video with one of these characters in order to make it a little bit more interesting, but I am unsure if I could even monetize that video if I used one of these characters. I looked everywhere for that piece of information, but have been unable to find it, and I couldn't find a contact to the Adobe customer support. If anyone knows the answer, then please provide it. Hello!

I need some help understanding Adobe Express templates and commercial use. I have created a final product that includes two templates from Adobe Express. One template was for a text logo and included fonts and colors. The other template was for a worksheet layout.

Hello.

"Adobe Express" offers various services.
Among them, I like the "Make Animation with Audio" feature.
This service, provided by Adobe, allows users to create animations of up to 2 minutes by adding audio to character and background images provided by Adobe.

I am interested in the copyright of this service.

Hi!

I am wondering if the music inside Adobe Express is safe to use for us as a rather large enterprise / business?We do not want to have any copyright issues. We would want to add music to videos that we post on all kind of social platforms, for example Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Following usecase as a Adobe express premium subscriber: i put an premium stock photo (those with the crown icon next to it) in Adobe express and place it in my project. Then i change the color, crop it and blur it a little bit. Afterwards iadd a layer with text on it and download it as a PNG to my computer. Then i will import it to my webspace on my server in wordpress .

Is this allowed, because i do not know whether my site counts as social media as well, or i am only allowed to place it on meta tiktok and X ? so may i export a new modified PNG, JPG or PDF outside from Adobe express on my website ?

The license explanation is not clear for me:

"With this license, you may:

Use the asset within the Adobe Express app.
Incorporate the asset into your Adobe Express project, and publish or download your project for use outside of the Adobe Express app.

With the Limited License – Adobe Express, you may not:

Download, export, or share the asset as a stand-alone file.

Yes, you can use a modified Adobe Express premium stock photo on your website, even if your website does not count as social media. The Limited License – Adobe Express allows you to incorporate the asset into your Adobe Express project and publish or download your project for use outside the Adobe Express app.

However, you cannot download, export, or share the asset as a stand-alone file. This means you cannot simply download and upload the original photo from Adobe Express and upload it to your website. You must first modify the image in Adobe Express and then download the modified version.

Thank you Lyn_D for the quick and clear answer. I am not often used to get such a good support like here with Adobe (makes even more sense for me in keeping my Adobe Stocks 🙂 )

Sometimes its important to get a clear unmistakably example like yours to understand sentences that lawyers have "constructed". Now I know how far i can go without leaving the "legal area" in using the premium Photos in my projects.
