Hi

Can I adapt messages when I plan them for the different social channels?

Say I want to post a video on linkedin, facebook, instagram: 

Can I plan one message and then adapt the text for each channel?

And another question: It seems I cannot tag in the posts I am planning?
Or do I just don't know how to do this?
The Adobe pages about the planner are very very basic....
