Export Image Quality

I have used adobe express for 2 years in school, no problems. I can make the webpage and put all the photos in, download to my phone fine. This week I tried to do it from my house with my macbook and when I export the photos to my phone the quality is really low. How can I fix this?

This is known issue (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-bugs/publish-a-webpage-but-images-are-blurry/idi-p/1417...)
