Failed to license one or more images

I just subsciribed to the monthly plan of $9.99 a month to gain access to the Adobe Stock Photos. It was my understanding that if you subscribed you would have access.

 

When trying to create a project and I go to select a photo from the Adobe Stock, one with a crown on it, I get a prompt that says, "Uh Oh failed to license one or more images." I attached a picture of it.

 

Can anyone help me out here? Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

It’s fixed for me now! I just used an image this morning in a social media
post with no issues. Yay!

Are people still encountering this issue? I tested myself but wasn't able to recreate the issue. I tested both from a computer and my iPhone. I think there was some kind of issue with the stock service over the weekend but the issue is resolved now.

Canva has a free trial. Do a Google search for the best deal. I found a 45 day trial.

I have the same issue, I can't download any free images from Adobe Stock in Adobe Express.

Support is closed on the weekend hence why they're saying 24-48 hours. They're not working on this until Monday!
