Failed to license one or more images

I just subsciribed to the monthly plan of $9.99 a month to gain access to the Adobe Stock Photos. It was my understanding that if you subscribed you would have access.

 

When trying to create a project and I go to select a photo from the Adobe Stock, one with a crown on it, I get a prompt that says, "Uh Oh failed to license one or more images." I attached a picture of it.

 

Can anyone help me out here? Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

It's ridiculous this hasn't been fixed yet. I've been a paid subscriber $60 a month for the full suite for over 15 years and this is completely unacceptable. I'm exploring new options with competitors. What suites have others found that are comparable or better? Share why they're comparable, better or easier to use.

Tengo el mismo error, ya elimine la aplicación, volví a iniciar sesión, borre caché y aún no puedo usar la APP. Necesito usar mi aplicación

Same problem here, since yesterday getting the same error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still the same error

I am having the same issue!!  I have deleted app and reinstalled, still not working! I hope this is fixed soon!

This does not help anyone at all. So many people are commenting that they are having the same problem and nothing is being done about it!

Same issue, extremely frustrating and tried everything to fix the problem. Come on Adobe, sort it out!!!! Paying for full access and currently can't complete work required for a project due. NOT HAPPY!!!
