I just subsciribed to the monthly plan of $9.99 a month to gain access to the Adobe Stock Photos. It was my understanding that if you subscribed you would have access.

When trying to create a project and I go to select a photo from the Adobe Stock, one with a crown on it, I get a prompt that says, "Uh Oh failed to license one or more images." I attached a picture of it.

Can anyone help me out here? Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

Well since the issue persists and unlike Adobe, I need my business to keep functioning without error, what are some other platforms that I can download that compete with Adobe express?

I am pretty much done with Adobe express/ Adobe Stock. What else is out there?

My Adobe CC Express Design isn't loading my projects! And my signature is not being shown on the main menu. I have many projects to finish. And it's bringing me troubles. The licensing problems started around 3:00pm o'clock and the projects just stopped to synchronize.

I have the same issue after iOS update.

I am using iPhone 12 Pro / iOS 17.0.1.-

I tried all the trouble shooting I could think of and hopefully it's a temporary issue.

I've been getting the same "Failed to license one or more images." error. It was working for me earlier today but stopped for no reason. I needed to get work done today and this has just set me behind, which I assume is the same for everyone else reporting here. I can at least download a free image from the stocks website, but that's a pain in the butt.

I've been having this problem for almost 24 hours already. Im a paid user, I've tried restarting my iPad, I've tried logging in and out of both the Express App and the Creative Cloud App. I've tried deleting and re installing the App....no luck. I've run out of the usual suspects that usually get things running smoothly again. Very frustrating when need to get work done! Please advise.
