Failed to license one or more images

I just subsciribed to the monthly plan of $9.99 a month to gain access to the Adobe Stock Photos. It was my understanding that if you subscribed you would have access.

When trying to create a project and I go to select a photo from the Adobe Stock, one with a crown on it, I get a prompt that says, "Uh Oh failed to license one or more images." I attached a picture of it.

Can anyone help me out here? Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. That's not right. Have you tried reinstalling the app? If that doesn't fix the issue, please let us know, we are here to help.

Thanks,

Saquib

Thank you for getting us an answer! At least now we know it's a bug, and Adobe is aware.

Doesn't look like there is a quick fix to the issue for us users. Pretty poor customer service on this issue as well. This is the statement I received from adobe:

"We wish to inform you Adobe Stock/Website has encountered some service/site repair challenges due to which you are currently unable to use the stock functionality fully, we are currently working to restore full functionality at the earliest. However, it might take 24hr - 48hrs for the website for fully operational again. Hence we would request your understanding and co-operation"

I'm having the same issue. It worked yesterday but all of a sudden today I'm getting this error message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe express on my phone, but it didn't fix the problem.

I'm having the same issue. It just started yesterday. I've always had access to stock photos. Using them is a big reason I have a subscription. If this isn't fixed, I'm going to have take my business elsewhere.

I have been having the same issue since yesterday evening. My paid subscription with Adobe stretches back several years. After trying everything I know to resolve the issue, sign out/sign in, delete/reinstall app, I finally connected with Adobe Customer Support via chat. He couldn't solve the problem and sent a message to the technical support team. They are suppose to call me within 48 hours. Until then, I paying for a dead app. My premonition is that Adobe tech support will inform me I can no longer access Adobe stock pics without buying a more expensive program/app.

Adobe Stock is integrated into Adobe Express but separate from the Adobe Stock service and website.

When you are creating an Adobe Express project the content within, Photos, Share, Design assets, backgrounds, etc. comes from Adobe Stock.
