Failed to license one or more images

I just subsciribed to the monthly plan of $9.99 a month to gain access to the Adobe Stock Photos. It was my understanding that if you subscribed you would have access.

When trying to create a project and I go to select a photo from the Adobe Stock, one with a crown on it, I get a prompt that says, "Uh Oh failed to license one or more images." I attached a picture of it.

Can anyone help me out here? Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

I have the same issue since the last update (transforming spark post into cc express).

Yestarday it was ok but now not.

I hope this is a temporaly mistake or bug because it's very unfair for who payed the licence
