Question

I did a trial of the online version of Express. It would lose my edits after every 2 minutes, so I had to keep saving every 2 minutes.

Yes, I cleared my cache and tried reinstalling the program. I wonder if Adobe Photoshop online is not meant to have a file more than 1 MB so Adobe can save money on storage.I have a fast browser and plenty of memory, so what is the problem? Adobe customer service dropped my call, possibly on purpose, so I can not find a real solution.

I did the free 7 day trial of Photoshop Elements 2026 using Windows 11 platform. It was very frustrating. I would be in the middle of an edit to a layer and all of a sudden it would crash and lose my current edit in process plus any unsaved work. I wondered if the problem is caused by Adobe being cheap with available cache for user accounts.

@robert_0250 Are you referring to Photoshop Express on the web, Photoshop Web or Photoshop Elements? They are different products. Photoshop Express is designed to handle images much larger than 1 MB. based on what you have, and done, I am leaning toward a problem with a specific asset, image or text in your file.
