I keep getting a message that says "Something went wrong Please wait — we’ll reconnect you when it’s fixed."

Loading the url: (https://new.express.adobe.com/) works, but when I go to create a new design or start from my content, I keep getting the message, “Something went wrong Please wait — we’ll reconnect you when it’s fixed.” A wheel then just constantly spinning and nothing loads so I can’t do anything.

 

I have cleared cache, cookies, and history, restarted my machine, and also tried multiple other browsers, but still encounter the same issue.
