Questions

How do I create a video from scratch that is is formated for Tik Tok, Reels, etc? There's only wide and square and I need a vertical format of 1080 x 1920 with an aspect ratio of 9:16. If I only can make wide or square videos and then resize the video, it cuts off critcal content. It would be much better to create the video from scratch or from pre-made templates that works with the 1080 x 1920 format. If Tik Tok, Facebook, etc lets you make those type of videos right from their apps, then why can't Adobe Express let us make them?? Is this something that is coming soon, impossible or am I misunderstanding something about Adobe Express's features?? Thanks!

I have asked my IT Dept to look at my computer and connection issues but still can't find why adobe express is the only program I have problems using, cursor lags, everything takes forever to download, can't drag or edit, it's in a constant state of loading and makes it near impossible to use this application.  When we first started using the program there were no issues, I'm ready to give up and return to Canva.

Hello, When I go into app settings for AE on my Iphone, there is no option to select/enable push notifications so that I can then publish to Instagram. Is this the case for anyone else? Thanks,Chris.

I am trying to give my clients access to a template I created. These are clients who will rarely own an Adobe Subscription so I need this to work out of the box, for non premium users.  However, when I visit a template link I get a blank screen and raw HTML flashes for a second.  I have started a Twitter thread about this and then Adobe Care asked me to create this topic. So feel free to read about the whole issue on Twitter. I posted some screenshots there too. This happens on a MacBook Pro in Chrome but also in Safari.

Dear Adobe, I am extremely dissapointed with Express and its compatability in general. I purchased the membership and started to create content on express - which was limiting to say the least. I have multiple problems with text sizes, webview spacings, and just editability of the content in general (only one highlight colour per text block, etc.). I spoke with an Adobe help member, and they suggested to upgrade to InDesign. I followed this advice only to find that I am not able to open my editable express file in InDesign. I can open a PDF or PNG, however non of my text is editable, it is just a large photo - which is useless.Please if someone knows a workaround I am missing, please let me know. This is really unacceptable in my view. Thank you,

Adobe Express Questions: 1. I'm working in Adobe Express and I saved something as a template. I see that the template is not updating as I update the content on my project. So I guess I need to resave the project. How do I go to an existing template and save an updated version of the project? Or, do I just have to go in and delete the template and save the project fresh? 2. Is there a way to lock down assets so they don't move? For example, I want to lock down my background image so I don't accidentally grab it and move it when trying to grab something else.  3. On some text, I typed out what I wanted it to say...but when I choose Curve, Grid, or Magic alignments to see how else it could look...it changes somethings from the lower case that I had to upper case. I love the layouts, but need something specifically lower case. I can't find a way to change that since I have it typed in correctly into the text box. As an Adobe user and HS student, I was looking for sponsorship that can fund the MUN (model united nations) event at my school as it requires a big budget. Since the school uses Adobe for initial learning in our digital design classes, Adobe is a great educational tool and it fits the context our event is within. Is there any chance that I can get the support I need or contact someone that is concerned about these matters in Adobe? I  also don't mind being an ambassador for this organization at my school and giving courses in our Photoshop club, which can promote their products. 

Can someone please let me know if Adobe Express is experiencing problems?  My students worked on Adobe Express projects all last week and now have been getting error messages since Friday evening.  Please help! 

I am creating a photo scrapbook for my niece and nephews using Adobe Express. I have multiple existing "projects" with different photo collages, and I would like to combine them to make one "project." Is there any way to do that in Adobe Express without downloading each "project" as a PDF file and combining them using Adobe Acrobat.  I would like to have one "project" in Adobe Express with all "projects" combined so that I can continue to add collage pages to one "project." This way, I will not have to continuously combine "projects" outside of Adobe Express.

The Font Recommendations window has a tendency to lock up my browser. I don't need font recommendations - my clients' brands all include specific fonts, and those are the fonts I use. It would be awesome to be able to disable this feature.

We have our annual report published by express.adobe.com. It has recently received a domain blacklisted from PhishTank and is affecting our ability to place ads on google. Google ads says the express.adobe.com site has malware. I'm not sure what to do. Our site is secure.

I merged the videos my original videos have audio,. However, After merging the video I lost the video. I don't see any setting to make it work. Could you please let me know how to make it work? or is it a bug in the product itself that it takes out the audio?

Hi Lyn, Thank you for your quick answer! I am still having an issue, though. In the Font menu, the + only takes me to Adobe fonts. When I choose the option to add my own font, it tells me to go to express.adobe.com to do so. When I go there, I see no options to add my own content, even on the desktop version of the site. Where do I go to add the font?  Thanks! 

Hello everyone, I have subscribed to Adobe Express on Android. My subscription got cancelled because I had issue with my Visa card. After I resolved the issue, I have subscribed to it but it's still giving error by not loading me account to premium. My Visa card has been deducted by the amount for the month. What do I do?

I recently had a co worker create an adobe express page for me and it worked great and I could share the link to everyone I wanted too. He no longer works for our company and doesn't have access to that account anymore. The link now shows a 401 error anytime I try to access it. Any way I can recover this link?

So I am getting very frustrated with this app. I work on my project save my progress, it's save to my phone and shows that it is saved on the app. But when I open the project again it pretty much starts me off at square one when I first started the project. Is anyone having these issues. If so can you explain how to fix this. If not I'm not sure I want to keep this app as it makes it frustrating to have to start over everything.  

Hi,I tried an Abobe Express free trial because this was the only way I could get an asset to download for use on my social channels (I was directed to use a template on Adobe Express created by the Digital Women Awards, I know you have a partnership with them and I am one of their award finalists) but when doing so, I entered an old email. I wasn't aware my trial period had ended and changed to a subscription as I wasn't getting the emails. I've now been charged for March and April. I have since cancelled but I would like to be refunded for March and April.Thanks,Laura
