Missing Projects

Hello,

I need your help with missing projects from Adobe Express, when I log in, it shows "you currently have no projects" but when I go to Creative Cloud, the projects appear in my recent. I tried to open them from Creative Cloud but they keep loading non-stop.

It may be related to the issue from the following post where some routers are blocking Adobe Express. You could try the recommendations that the Adobe Employee posted there:
