Hola buenas se actualizo el pago pero no la app que hago ? Solicite ayuda por medio de adobe pero nada

The following thread had a similar issue but for Photoshop & Lightroom as opposed to Adobe Express. What worked was restarting, but @kglad lists multiple steps that you could try if a restart doesn't work:

It was deducted from my bank account but the app continues as a free trial...
